Privacy & analytics.
Ravencrest Consulting uses optional analytics to understand how this website performs and where the experience can improve. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity stay off unless you accept analytics.
Effective August 28, 2026
What is measured
When analytics is accepted, the site may collect:
- Pages viewed, session activity, approximate location, browser, and device information through Google Analytics.
- Clicks, scrolling, heatmaps, and session recordings through Microsoft Clarity.
- Commercial actions such as strategy-call, phone, and email link clicks.
Why it is used
Analytics is used to measure site performance, diagnose friction, improve content and usability, and understand which paths lead to meaningful business inquiries.
Your choice
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. Necessary storage remains active; analytics storage remains off until you accept.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using in the footer. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies available to this site and reloads the page without the analytics scripts.
Service providers
Google Analytics provides aggregated website measurement. Microsoft Clarity provides behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and session replay. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

External booking
Strategy-call links open Calendly, an external booking service. Information submitted there is handled under Calendly’s own privacy practices.
Retention
Analytics information is retained according to the settings and terms of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Ravencrest may retain aggregated reports where they remain useful for website and business analysis.
